We are looking for someone who:
- Is Level 2 or Level 3 qualified at a minimum
- Is patient, organised, nurturing and calm
- Can use their own initiative and work independently
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is able to work closely with the Teacher to make a positive difference to attainment and progress

Job Purpose
- To work under the guidance of the Teacher and SENCO in the planning, implementation and monitoring of work programmes with groups of pupils to promote effective teaching and learning
- To provide general support to the Teacher in the management and organisation of the pupil and the classroom
- To assist the Teacher in creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly and supportive learning environment
- To promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and develop
- To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school

Working Hours:
08:30 - 15:30 Monday - Friday, Term-Time only.
32.5 hours per week for 38.6 weeks per year (38 working weeks and 6 INSET days)
Salary: £23,606.00 Annually (FTE) (£12.58 per hour)
